YMCA’s fabulous facility serving region

“A Day in the Life” — at the Ocean Community YMCA in Mystic.

After experiencing the opening of the recently renovated Mystic YMCA I thought I would provide feedback on the experience there. This facility seems like a modern hotel. When you walk in there’s a nice fireplace blazing, an enclosed check-in area and amazing equipment. Hammer Strength equipment is the best in the industry. Additionally, the Precor machines lined up to face the waterview are also the best equipment available.

In case you’re interested in showering and getting ready for your day, the shower areas are first rate.

I encourage anyone who has not visited the YMCA recently to consider a visit. This is a fabulous facility. Kevin C. Bogle Mystic
