Tynisha Thompson, 27, of 140 Moxley Road, Uncasville, was charged Tuesday in Montville with second-degree breach of peace.

Mark Harris, 53, of 72 Connecticut Ave. was charged Wednesday with second-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

Matthew Boardley, 32, of 187 Huntington St., Apt. B6, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license and failure to wear a seat belt.

Vaughn Malloy, 37, of 6 Gorton St. was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and failure to obey a stop sign.

David Boguzes, 37, of 1290 North Road, Groton, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Scott L. Kuane, 43, of 5 Gardner Court was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct and interfering with police.

David Hooper, 47, of 90 Summit St. was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and driving with a suspended license.

Christopher Jordan, 21, of 85 Lafayette St. was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and distracted driving.

Stonington

Kathleen M. McCabe, 62, of 157 Stephen Drive, Old Mystic, was charged Tuesday with second-degree breach of peace and interfering with an emergency call.

Waterford

Robert Zechman, 48, of Annadale, Va., was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and speeding.
