Groton City Jeffrey Cloutier, 54, of 336 Briar Hill Road, was charged Sunday with evading responsibility.

Groton Town Kerry Nicholson, 52, of 6 Meadow Drive, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in proper lane, making a restricted turn, and failure to obey control signal.

Dominic Clyde Lightfoot, 32, of 208 Shaw St., New London, was charged Sunday as a fugitive from justice.

East Lyme Christian McDonough, 25, of 78 W. Main St., Niantic, was charged Sunday with possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, tampering with evidence, interfering with an officer and disorderly conduct.

Norwich Winston Tate, 48, of 488 W. Main St., was charged Sunday with interfering with police and disorderly conduct.
