Shaun M. Jackson, 40, of Ipswich, Mass., was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Nicole Bencks, 37, of 233 Scott Road was charged Wednesday with possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of possession of narcotics.

Kevin L. McGill, 19, of Westerly was charged Tuesday with possession of narcotics, drug paraphernalia and possession with intent to sell/dispense.

Judith Ann Gray, 45, of 268 Flanders Road, Unit 17, Mystic, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane and traveling unreasonably fast.

Matthew Lafontaine, 32, of Hampton was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Antwan D. Jones, 40, of Corrigan-Radgowski Correctional Center was charged Friday with third-degree burglary.

Spencer Morrill, 72, of 228 Washington St., Apt. 3, was charged Friday with violation of probation.

Dihong Cai, 67, of 13 Gifford Lane was charged Friday with evading responsibility and unsafe backing.

Jeffrey M. Fitzgerald, 48, of Naugatuck was charged Wednesday in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Kyle R. Devine, 35, of 131 Preston Allen Road, Baltic, was charged Feb. 7 in Lisbon with second-degree failure to appear in court.
