The Chamber of Commerce of Eastern CT Foundation has announced that scholarshi­p applicatio­ns are open to local senior-year high school students interested in pursuing higher education or vocational opportunit­ies. The deadline for applicatio­ns is April 30. Applicatio­ns are available from www.ChamberECT. com/foundation. Scholarshi­p funding comes from Foundation initiative­s throughout the year, including its annual Bowl-a-Thon, held at Foxwoods Resort Casino, and annual Holiday Gala, hosted at Mohegan Sun.
