East Lyme Eric J. Wasniewski, 48, of Sapia Drive, Niantic, was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace, second-degree criminal mischief and interfering with a police officer.

Annie N. Smith, 36, of 10 Cedar St. was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to drive in the proper lane and failure to obey a traffic control signal.

Groton City Devin X. Helligar, 24, of 145 Garfield Ave., New London, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license and failure to have lights lit and devices illuminated.

Christopher Sullivan, 47, of 19 Crouch St., Apt. A, was charged Sunday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Groton Town Sherman Norman, 37, of 186 Midway Oval was charged Sunday with first-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree breach of peace, second-degree threatening, and third-degree criminal mischief.

Lucas C. Landry, 39, of 54 John St., Westerly, R.I., was charged Friday with use of hand-held telephone/mobile electronic device while driving and driving with a suspended license.

Norwich Robert E. Forand, 54, of 14 Brook St. was charged Sunday with four counts of failure to retake a photograph as a sex offender and one count of failure to register as a violent sex offender.

Sean T. O’Connor, 53, of 51 Terry Road, Gales Ferry was charged April 6 with driving an unregistered motor vehicle and driving with a suspended license.

Dawn M. Noyce, 51, of Canterbury, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license.

Giovanni Planer, 26, of 378 Burning Tree Drive, Groton, was charged Sunday with second-degree harassment.

Brieyonna Barton, 24, of 50 Central Ave., was charged Sunday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

State Police — Montville Daniel L. Guthrie, 34, of 46 Schoolhouse Road, Lisbon, was charged Sunday in Griswold with evading responsibility, failure to have minimum insurance and following too closely.

Jorge Delazota, 53, of Bridgeport, was charged Saturday in North Stonington with second-degree breach of peace.

John Peterson, 66, of 113 Latham Drive, Griswold, was charged Friday in Griswold with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

State police — Westbrook Clifton Barrows, 42, of 199 Maple Ave., Uncasville, was charged April 3 at Troop F with violation of probation.

Michael Marselle, 58, of Bristol was charged April 1 at Troop F with fourth-degree larceny and first-degree forgery.
