Ellen R. Larson, 30, of 172 Bay View Ave., Apt. B, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to maintain proper lane, improper turn and possession of drug paraphernalia associated with less than a half-ounce of marijuana.

State Police — Montville Richard Tracy, 34, of Jewett City was charged Sunday in Griswold with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.
Lori Ann Mcdougal, 45, of 45 Mechanic St., Norwich, was charged Saturday in Montville with possession of a controlled substance or more than a halfounce of cannabis.
Waterford Ozzie Guzman, 27, of 49 George Ave., Groton, was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court, driving while license is refused, suspended or revoked, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to obey a control signal.
