East Lyme Judith G. Williams, 67, of 26 Grand St. was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in proper lane.

New London Jesse B. Umphreys, 21, of 4715 Montauk Ave. was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Norwich Tianna M. Stakley, 21, of 532 N. Main St., Apt. 4, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license, failure to obey a traffic signal and driving an unregistered motor vehicle. State police — Montville Corey McCaslin, 21, of 97 Branch Hill Road, Preston, was charged May 11 in Griswold with driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs, driving with a suspended license and failure to drive in proper lane.

Ashley M. Tooley, 31, of New Haven, was charged Friday in East Lyme with violation of probation.

Stonington Lyric M. Harris, 19, of 55 Iron St., Ledyard, was charged Saturday with possession of a controlled substance.

Ryan D. McLaughlin, 31, of 22 Greenhaven Road, Pawcatuck, was charged Saturday with risk of injury to a minor, second-degree breach of peace, criminal lockout, interfering with a police officer and failure to submit to fingerprinting.

Brooke N. Corcoran, 27, of Enfield, was charged Friday with two counts of violation of probation.

A 17-year-old juvenile was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, reckless driving, driving with unsafe tires and violation of motor vehicle operating requirements for 16- and 17-years olds.
