HARKNESS HOOP-DEE-DOO
Morgan Kelley of Quaker Hill spends time hoop dancing Wednesday evening at Harkness Memorial State Park in Waterford. Kelley said hoop dancing is a way for her to be creative and decided to go to Harkness because of the beautiful weather.
