Stopping young smokers should be a winner

The story, “Winners and losers from 2019 legislature,” (June 7), put “Young smokers” in the Loser category. I believe just the opposite. Any and all young people who do not become addicted to smoking because of this law are absolutely winners! Alan Moger Waterford
