Cyrus Connors, 21, of 84 Pawcatuck Ave., Stonington, was charged Wednesday in Voluntown with carrying a pistol without a permit, discharge of a firearm, second-degree breach of peace, stealing a firearm and first-degree reckless endangerment.

Dionne Ivette Baldwin, 30, of 113 Brookside Lane, Apt. 1, Stonington, was charged Thursday in Preston with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Hector Roa, 30, of 325 Huntington St., New London, was charged Friday with fifth-degree larceny.
