Jose Nevarez-Camacho, 40, of 39 Pacific St. was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license and breach of peace.
Gincarlo Paris, 30, of 55 Fielding Drive, Montville, was charged Wednesday with interfering with police and possession of narcotics.
Norwich
Daron D. Henry, 26, of 1742 Route 12, Apt. 2H, Ledyard, was charged Tuesday with first-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree criminal mischief and breach of peace.
Darryl J. Henry, 30, of 57 Michael Road, Apt. D, New London, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and failure to obey a traffic signal.
Christopher Michael Little, 23, of 201 West Town St. was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault.
Zacahry Joshua Nixie, 27, of 201 West Town St. was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault.
Stonington
Kristin E. Hicks, 48, of Charlestown, R.I., was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.
Waterford
Donovan Baker, 25, of 1042 Poquonnock Road, Groton, was charged Wednesday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

North Stonington — A Massachusetts man was charged Thursday with evading responsibility after police said he was driving a vehicle that struck and killed a 25-year-old woman on Route 2 in North Stonington last year and fled the scene.
Matthew T. Spirito, 32, of Northborough, Mass., was charged with evading responsibility, misconduct with a motor vehicle and failure to drive in the proper lane.
State police had obtained a warrant for the arrest of Spirito, who turned himself in Thursday. He was held on a $100,000 bond and was scheduled to appear Thursday in New London Superior Court.
State police said Spirito hit a pedestrian with his car on Oct. 9, 2018 nearby 164 Norwich Westerly Road (Route 2) in North Stonington, killing Krystal Riske, 25, of Pawcatuck.
According to Day reports of the incident, Riske was flown by Life Star helicopter to Hartford Hospital after she was hit by a dark, possibly gray, mid-size SUV traveling west on Route 2 near Route 184 on the evening of Oct. 9.
Riske had been walking on the right shoulder of Route 2. She died of her injuries early the next day, state police had said. reported.
At approximately 9:39 p.m. Wednesday, police received a call reporting a disturbance with possible gunshots fired. Police quickly arrived at the scene and found a spent bullet casing.
Police said Thursday the investigation remains active and ongoing.

Kimberly Zoller, 37, of 3 Spinnaker Way has been charged with second-degree manslaughter with a motor vehicle, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and making an improper turn.
Officers had obtained an arrest warrant for Zoller because of their investigation into the accident and arrested her about 2 p.m. Thursday, police said. Zoller was processed and released on a $25,000 bond, and she is scheduled to appear in court again Oct. 24.
The crash occurred about 4:45 p.m. on Sunday, July 28, and Barabas was pronounced dead at the scene.
