Patricia A. Todd, 66, of 14 Forest Lane, Gales Ferry, was charged Monday with speeding in a school zone, driving while license is suspended and avoiding/tampering with an ignition interlock device.

Brian P. Sholly, 39, of Wantagh, N.Y., was charged Sunday with breach of peace.

Margaritalee S. Lebron, 20, of 9 Colman St., New London, was charged Thursday with operating a motor vehicle by a minor having elevated blood alcohol content/impairment, failure to have minimum insurance, failure to have stop lamps/turn signals and possession of less than a half-ounce of cannabis.

Glenn Anthony Gulino, 56, of 67 Steamboat Wharf, Mystic, was charged Oct. 9 with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace and interfering with an emergency call.
