Jenna M. Rosario, 26, of 13 Oakland Court was charged Jan. 18 with four counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Trevor J. Mabry, 29, of 6 Fawns Meadow Road, Oakdale, was charged Jan. 16 with driving with a suspended license, speeding, and unsafe passing.
