The Coastal Gourmet Group has promoted Executive Chef Daniel Chong-Jiménez to executive director culinary operations. He is the recipient of multiple awards for his cuisine and innovative approach to the culinary arts and is the co-author of “Prescription for Healthy Weight Loss and Ultimate Health.” Additionally, Chong-Jiménez is an adjunct professor at Manchester College and the producer of www. Mystic Aquarium recently announced Tina Couch has joined the organization as vice president of development. She is responsible for all aspects of fundraising and membership. Most recently, Couch worked at an independent K-8 school.
