Norton, Mass. — Addy Bass had five goals and an assist and Haley Howard added four goals and two assists as the unbeaten Coast Guard Academy women's lacrosse team beat

Wheaton 15-12 Saturday in a New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference game to earn the second seed in the upcoming league tournament.

Coast Guard (3-0, 3-0) will host No. 3 Babson in a semifinal match Saturday at a time to be announced.

Jenna Lesiewicz had two goals and an assist and Gianna Cascio, Haley McCue and Sarah Skurat each had a goal and an assist for Coast Guard. Brenda Anderson added two assists and Mary Burdi had nine saves. In other games:

• Colette Smith had two goals and four assists as Tufts downed Conn College 20-3. Kelly Wolin had a goal and an assist for Conn (0-3) and Hailey Fahey and Mazey Loomis both scored.

• Anna-Elise Pikul had four goals and two assists as Elms beat Mitchell 18-8 in a New England Collegiate Conference game. Lindsey Fairbank had three goals and an assist, Hannah Corrigan had two goals and an assist and Rachel Ricciuti scored twice for Mitchell (0-7, 0-3).

Men

• Mac Bredahl had five goals and three assists as Tufts beat Conn College 24-16 in a New England Small College Athletic Conference East Division game. Jared Rainville had four goals and three assists, Nick Farnham four goals and two assists and Joey Bradley scored twice for Conn (2-2, 0-1). Patrick Linehan and Gus Mazzocca also had a goal and an assist.

• Charles Hacking had five goals and two assists in New England College's 18-6 win over Mitchell in a NECC game. Jade Shields had four goals and an assist, Henri Poehlman had a goal and an assist and Marcel Quinlan had 14 saves for Mitchell (24).
