Paul Miller

Groton — Paul Gregory Miller, 61, of Groton passed away unexpectedly Sunday, March 28, 2021, at the Pequot Health Center in Groton. Paul was born May 31, 1959, to Edward Henry Miller and Elizabeth Lee (Jordan) Miller; they preceded him in death. He was the beloved husband of Debra (Hollenbeck) Miller; she survives him. They were married Sept. 5, 1998, at the Groton Congregational Church.

In 1977, Paul graduated from Robert E. Fitch Senior High School. He went on to work at General Dynamics, Electric Boat Division. He had a sense of pride in his work and knowing he was building submarines for the U.S. Navy.

Paul enjoyed sports and vacationing with Debbie in Florida. He looked forward to spending time with his family and friends. He loved to tinker with machines and gadgets. Paul had a special interest in classic cars and was very knowledgeable and enjoyed restoring them.

Besides his loving wife, Debbie, he is survived by his three brothers, Mark Miller, Peter Miller and Matthew Miller and his wife, Jamie, along with many nieces and nephews across the country.
