Claude Parkes

— Claude New London Parkes, 60, passed away April 11, 2021.

He was born Aug. 15, 1960, in Aboukir, St. Ann, Jamaica, the son of Irving Parkes and Jean Duncan.

Claude worked various jobs and most recently worked in maintenance at New London High School prior to his illness.
