Lindsey R. Jackson, 31, of 44b Perkins Ave., Norwich, was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace.

Quarshivikia S. Hill, 32, of 191 Oneco Ave., Apt. 4, New London, was charged Sunday with driving without license, failure to display lights, criminal impersonation and interfering with officer/resisting arrest.

Steven L. Goodman, 43, of 12 Harland Road, Norwich, was charged Saturday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Lisa Frey, 53, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and bypassing, tampering with or failure to install ignition interlock device.

Tristen C. Tonge, 19, of 20 Deerfield Ridge, Waterford, was charged Monday with disorderly conduct, second-degree strangulation, third-degree assault and risk of injury to a minor.

Danielle Snell, 35, of 55 Blackhall St., Apt. 1, was charged Monday with breach of peace and interfering with an officer.

Modesto Velazquez-Cortes, 33, of 135 Hickory St. was charged Monday with two counts of criminal violation of a protective order and one count of breach of peace.

Frank P. Michalski, 52, of address not provided, Norwich was charged Monday with two counts of criminal violation of a protective order.

Lionel J. Holland, 41, of no certain address was charged Jan. 5 with possession of narcotics.

Robert R. Van Zandt, 41, of 21 Benham Road, Groton, was charged Monday with two counts of violation of a protective order.

Waterford

Joel Schwab, 32, of 31 Waller Court, New London, was charged Monday with driving without a license and failure to have headlamps.

Andrew Lorking, 52, of 6 Woodland Drove Road was charged Monday with driving without a license and failure to have headlamps.
