Alijah B. Cafro, 43, of 16 Spinnaker Lane, Waterford, was charged Tuesday with possession of narcotics with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

Brandon Faison, 45, of 596 Vauxhall St. Ext., Waterford, was charged Tuesday with failure to display plates, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and operating a drug factory.

Luis A. Marrero, 30, of 88 Chestnut St., Norwich, was charged Tuesday with possession of narcotics with intent to sell, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal impersonation and criminal misrepresentation.

Lester P. Fantauzzi, 56, of 11 King Arthur Drive, Unit 1G, was charged Tuesday with violation of a protective order.

Groton Town

Marianne E. Morval, 60, of 35 Lewiston Court was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, second-degree threatening, second-degree strangulation and second-degree unlawful restraint.

Larry D. Brinkley, 36, of Waterbury was charged Monday with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault, first-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree strangulation and first-degree unlawful restraint.

Kevin A. Mason, 34, of 130 Noble Hill Road, Oakdale, was charged Monday with use of drug paraphernalia and sixth-degree larceny.

Christy D. McNerney, 48, of New Haven was charged Monday with one count each of second-degree falsely reporting an incident, violation of a protective order and first-degree failure to appear in court and two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Miguel Polanco, 34, of 542 Long Hill Road was charged Monday with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and second-degree unlawful restraint.

Ross D. Laird, 58, of 1733 Center Groton Road, Ledyard, was charged Monday with driving an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to maintain minimum insurance, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane.

Arthur Muench, 36, of 59 Krug Road, Preston, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Jennifer L. Muench, 39, of 59 Krug Road, Preston, was charged Monday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Benjamin Gonzales, 36, of 41 Indigo St. was charged Saturday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Nicholas V. Bodine, 30, of Canaan was charged Feb.3 with driving an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to carry minimum insurance, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

Somsack Douangdao, 52, of Somers was charged Monday with fourth-degree sexual assault.

Jonathan J. Gabarza, 27, of 40 Berkeley Ave., New London, was charged Tuesday in Montville was charged Tuesday in Montville with possession of a controlled substance and conveying a controlled substance into a correctional facility.

Shaun R. Jones, 26, of 65 Kitemaug Road, Montville, was charged Tuesday in Montville with three counts of possession of a controlled substance and four counts of conveying an unauthorized item into a correctional facility.

Kate B. Derouin, 33, of Danielson was charged Tuesday in Griswold with carrying a dangerous weapon, interfering with police, second-degree failure to appear in court and first-degree failure to appear in court.

Jeffery D. Mylen, 38, of Putnam was charged Tuesday in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Steven E. Mitchell, 65, of 13 Brown Ave., Jewett City was charged Tuesday in Griswold with evading responsibility and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Romy Laguerre, 44, of 56 Oak St., No. 1 was charged Jan. 24 with breach of peace.
