Matthew L.W. Gibson, 42, of 268 Flanders Road, Mystic, was charged Tuesday with possession of a controlled substance: narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Annabelle Piktelis, 24, of 17 Asylum St., No. 2, Norwich, was charged Tuesday with possession of narcotics, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, traveling too fast, failure to stop at a traffic control signal, operating a motor vehicle without a license, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Joseph A. Dart Jr., 31, of 22 Broad St., No. 2, was charged Tuesday with second-degree strangulation, second-degree assault, interfering with an officer and disorderly conduct.

Clifford Catlin, 54, of 19 Burdick Road, Preston, was charged Tuesday with possession of narcotics within 1,500 feet of a school, possession of narcotics with intent to sell within 1,500 feet of a school, possession of narcotics/cocaine with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia near a school, illegal conveyance of contraband into a jail, stop sign violation, and two counts of possession of narcotics.

Elias Bonilla, 22, of 6 Flintlock Road, No. 6, Ledyard, was charged Feb. 3 with possession of a controlled substance: narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a drug factory, driving with a suspended license, and having insufficient insurance.

Robert J. McIntear III, 34, of 45 Old Colchester Road, Waterford, was charged Friday with possession of narcotics, failure to submit to fingerprinting, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, speeding and failure to carry license and insurance.

Robert Brown 60, of 70 Mountain Ave. was charged Wednesday with first-degree criminal trespass.

Francis L. Estelle Jr., 54, of 65 Sandy Lane, Norwich, was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct, third-degree sexual assault, second-degree unlawful restraint and interfering with police.

Michael Hemingway, 40, of 14 Merzer St. was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Nicholas M. Fleetwood, 21, of 77 Adelaide St. was charged Wednesday with violation of probation.

Michael J White, 34, of 48 Hempstead St., No. 1, was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct, unlawful restraint and risk of injury to a minor.

Michael Debenardi, 58, of 11 Franklin St. was charged Tuesday with possession of narcotics.

Tahmeik J. Jones, 27, of 12 Harland Road was charged Thursday with violation of probation.

Camari J. Brown Davis, 23, of Plainfield was charged Thursday with breach of peace, third-degree assault, risk of injury to a minor, third-degree strangulation and second-degree threatening.

Justin R. Bleau, 24, of 73 School St., #1 was charged Thursday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
