Emile I. Tsuma, 40, 325 Huntington St., New London, was charged Wednesday with violation of a protective order.

Jacob S. Reimonenq, 22, of 10 Williams St., Waterford, was charged Tuesday with second-degree breach of peace.

Randall L. Regnere, 63, of 450 Toll Gate Road, was charged Tuesday with interferin­g with an emergency call, second-degree burglary, second-degree criminal trespass and third-degree stalking.

Peter J. Mazzarella, 31, of 39 Round Hill Road, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane, failure to keep narcotics in the original container, and possession of a controlled substance.

Joseph Acosta, 25, of 46 Mallard Drive, was charged Monday with violation of a protective order.

Robert W. Nelson, 29, of 38 Lee Ave., New London, was charged Monday with use of drug parapherna­lia, possession of a controlled substance and failure to respond to an infraction.

Jennifer M. Rogers, 51, of 127 Indian Field Road, was charged Monday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Melenia M. Lerczak, 42, of 5 Norfolk Court, was charged Monday with evading responsibi­lity and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Ramon Torres, 34, of 53 Meeting House Lane, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, following too closely, operating a motor vehicle without a license and possession of a controlled substance.

Shane T. Short, 60, 1030 Noank Ledyard Road, Mystic, was charged Saturday with first-degree violation of conditions of release, second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault, second-degree strangulat­ion/ suffocatio­n and second-degree unlawful restraint.

Jamie L. Short, 43, of 1030 Noank Ledyard Road, Mystic, was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Kiara M. Abel, 23, of 1 Crystal Lake Road, was charged Saturday with evading responsibi­lity and failure to grant the right of way at a highway junction.

Seth J. Britton, 42, of Aragon, Ga., was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, carrying a pistol without a permit, illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, illegal possession of large magazine obtained before April 5, 2013, and carrying a dangerous weapon.

Wayne G. Wright, 38, of Bronx, N.Y., was charged Feb. 17 with disorderly conduct, seconddegr­ee assault, second-degree threatenin­g, first-degree reckless endangerme­nt, first-degree strangulat­ion/suffocatio­n, first-degree unlawful restraint and second-degree unlawful restraint.

Travis A. Carlson, 27, of South Windsor, was charged Feb. 17 with fifth-degree larceny.

Wayne H. Driscoll, 60, of 268 Flanders Road Trail, No. 3, Mystic, was charged Feb. 17 with operation of drug factory, sale of narcotic substance and possession of controlled substance.

Dylan J. Smith, 26, of 39 Clark St., Old Saybrook, was charged Feb. 16 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Jacinta Holeman, 44, of 116 Connecticu­t Ave., No. 2, was charged Thursday with risk of injury to a minor and disorderly conduct.
