Kyle A. Hunter, 25, of no certain address, was charged Thursday with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree unlawful restraint.

Norwich

Anita A. Longo, 38, of 4 Fitch Ave., Groton, was charged Wednesday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

LeShawn Williams, 31, of 13 Chestnut St., #2A, was charged Thursday with misuse of plates, failure to carry minimum insurance and driving with a suspended license.

Glorimar Rivera-Maldonado, 25, of 44 Laurel Hill Ave., #4, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license, driving with a suspended registration and failure to carry minimum insurance.

Franchesca Adorno, 20, of 41 Henry St., #D3, was charged Tuesday with illegal use of a credit card and sixth-degree larceny.

Armstrong Alcius, 23, of 277 Prospect St. was charged Feb. 18 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and failure to obey a stop sign.

Jeffrey P. Mayshaw, 32, of 9 Ash St., Griswold, was charged Thursday in Montville with violation of protective order and disorderly conduct.

Waterford

Cianny Reyes, 29, of 78 Boulder Drive, New London, was charged Thursday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Michael Chowka, 48, of Waterbury, was charged Thursday with possession of narcotics, driving with minimum insurance, interfering with police, third-degree criminal mischief, threatening, failure to drive in the proper lane and breach of peace.
