POLICE LOGS

Malik Porche, 27, of 60 Mansfield Road was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, unsafe passing and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

Arianna Fort, 22, of 116 Buchanan Road was charged Sunday with risk of injury to a child and disorderly conduct.

Donovan Baker, 28, of 13 Jefferson Ave. was charged Saturday with criminal mischief, second-degree unlawful restraint, two counts of disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Eric Starr, 40, of 171 Garfield Ave. was charged Saturday with possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of possession of narcotics.

State Police — Montville

Davin Sirpenski, 38, of Guilford, was charged Sunday in Lisbon with driving with a suspended license, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Brandon Hatfield, 35 of 139 Maple Ave., Apt. A, Montville, was charged Saturday in Montville with traveling unreasonably fast, failure to display lights, and first-degree criminal mischief.

Waterford

Zachary Goldsmith, 41, of 4 Coggswell St., Pawcatuck, was charged Monday with first-degree unlawful restraint, second-degree unlawful restraint, two counts of interfering with an emergency call, two counts of third-degree assault, second-degree strangulation, third-degree assault on an elderly, disabled or pregnant person, risk of injury to a child and first-degree harassment.
