Rupert T. Elder, 57, of Palm Beach, Fla., was charged Wednesday with misuse of plates, driving without minimum insurance, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in proper lane, and driving without a license.

David C. Kennedy, 53, of 325 Huntington St., New London, was charged Wednesday with interferin­g with an officer/resisting arrest and second-degree breach of peace.

Cristina Foden, 46, of 605 Gold Star Highway, No. 211, was charged Monday with second-degree breach of peace.

Parrish Bing, 61, of 605 Gold Star Highway was charged Monday with second-degree breach of peace.

Samuel M. Johnson, 25, of 325 Huntington St., New London, was charged Sunday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Ryan T. Neil, 35, of 60 Old Farm Road was charged Feb. 24 with interferin­g with an officer/ resisting arrest and sixth-degree larceny.

Tracy L. Guadalupe, 47, of 20 Carlson St. was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Jose M, Soto, 24, of 5 Slater Ave. was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault, criminal violation of a protective order and disorderly conduct.

George M. Dolloff, 33, of 546 Hartford Road, Salem, was charged Thursday with violation of probation.

Zachary M. Barbarossa, 21, of 201B Yantic St. was charged Wednesday with attempted second-degree robbery, attempted sixth-degree larceny and second-degree threatenin­g.

Michael J. Stewart, 70, 156 Pawcatuck Ave., Pawcatuck, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.
