Phillip N. Taylor, 52, of 20 Spaulding St. was charged Tuesday with criminal violation of a restraining order.

Natavya Jacobs, 22, of 30C Hamilton Ave. was charged Tuesday with violation of conditions of release.

Sergio O. Padilla, 30, of 263 Central Ave. was charged Wednesday with having a weapon in a motor vehicle, driving with a suspended registration, carrying a pistol without a permit and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

Kenya J. Grandy, 47, of 66 Page St. was charged Monday with possession of narcotics.

State police — Montville

Michelle L. Villano, 36, of 29 Dubois Road, Montville, was charged March 11 in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court.

David Kennedy, 53, of 876 Shennecossett Road, Groton, was charged March 8 in Stonington with being a negligent pedestrian, second-degree criminal mischief and breach of peace.

Tyler C. Thibeault, 29, of 35 Drawbridge Road, Preston, was charged March 8 in Montville with two counts second-degree failure to appear in court.

Waterford

John Smith, 37, of 33 Ann St., New London, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and failure to display reflectorized safety number plates.

Marvensky Jean, 20, of 46 Geer Ave., Norwich, was charged Tuesday with driving without a license, failure to have tail lights and failure to display reflectorized safety number plates, failure to obey a traffic control signal,driving with an improper license or registration, driving without insurance and driving with a suspended license.

Sarah Chaude, 29, of 39 Savi Ave. was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
