Jessica L. Connor, 25, of 50 School St. was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

James M. Kinter, 26, of 164 Hynes Ave. was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Micah D. Johnson, 39, of 826 North Road was charged Tuesday with violation of probation.

Kirk R. Smith, 30, of Lakeland, Florida, was charged Tuesday with interfering with an emergency call, third-degree assault, third-degree assault-victim elderly or other, first-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree strangulation/ suffocation, first-degree unlawful restraint and two counts each of risk of injury to child disorderly conduct.

Alexandra Mcnally, 31, of 53 Wayne Road was charged Monday with use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

Dustin R. Delorge, 29, of 48 Branford Ave. was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in proper lane, and violation of protective order.

Randall L. Regnere, 63, of 450 Toll Gate Road was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and violation of protective order.

Kayla M. Hewitt, 25, of 54 Elderkin Ave. was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Gibson, 66, of 19 Fort Hill Road, No. 4, was charged Friday with first-degree criminal trespass, second-degree breach of peace, and second-degree violation of conditions of release and was charged March 16 with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault, and second-degree threatening.

Christopher A. Scotti, 54, of 7 Pond Edge Drive, Waterford, was charged March 16 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in proper lane.

Abdullahi Akinwande, 21, of Fort Dix, NJ, was charged March 16 with payment card theft, attempt of fifth-degree larceny, attempt of sixth-degree larceny, two counts of receipt from illegal use of credit card, and three counts of sixth-degree larceny.

Shannon L. White, 34, of 3 Sycamore Drive, Norwich, was charged March 16 with use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

Hodson, 31, of Marabou, Maine was charged Tuesday with three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court and one count each of first-degree failure to appear in court, failure to respond to an infraction, unauthorized possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

John A. Ruiz, 42, of 25 Broadway was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.
