Friday with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace, risk of injury to a minor and possession of a controlled substance.

Timothy Whitfield, 52, of 4 Veech St., Norwich, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and failure to obey a traffic control signal.

Santos Melendez, 45, of no certain address, was charged Thursday with possession of narcotics and possession of drug parapherna­lia.

Joy Petit, 57, of 325 Huntington Ave. was charged Thursday with first-degree failure to appear in court and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Cynthia Salas, 30, of 71 Ashcraft Road was charged Wednesday with breach of peace.

Maria Salas, 21, of 276 Laurel Drive was charged Wednesday with breach of peace.

Norwich

Raeshawn Depina, 24, of 35 Union St., No. 216, was charged Friday with breach of peace, third-degree assault and violation of a protective order.

Matthew Golden, 33, of 61 Union St., No. 3, was charged Thursday with violation of a protective order.

Carlene Townsend, 36, of 19 Blumenthal Drive, Uncasville, was charged Thursday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Emily Dowling, 30, of New Orleans, La., was charged Thursday in North Stonington with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Jose Estremera-Casiano, 36, of York, Pa., was charged Thursday in New London with being a fugitive from justice.

Jeffrey Miller, 49, of Northford, was charged Saturday with use of drug paraphernl­ia, failure to have stop lamps/turn signals, disobeying signal of an officer and possession of a controlled substance: narcotics.
