Shawn E. O’Leary, 51, of 310 Mitchell St., Apt. D4, was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Rebecca Fussell, 55, of 28 Quarto Road was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct and risk of injury to a minor.

Miguel A. Lao Guzman, 33, of 603 Boswell Ave. was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault, risk of injury to a minor, interfering with an emergency call, disorderly conduct and second-degree strangulation.

Sarah G. Marsland, 25, of 146 Boston Post Road, North Stonington, was charged Thursday in Griswold with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Simon A. Knott 62, of Guilford, was charged Wednesday with evading responsibility.

Samuel Modzelewski, 29, of 38 Jeremy Drive, East Lyme, was charged Wednesday with fifth-degree larceny.

Dorian D. Jenkins Jr., 32, of Hartford, was charged Wednesday with criminal attempt to commit first-degree larceny, criminal impersonation, third-degree identity theft and third-degree forgery.
