Linda Carr, 45, of 125 Mathewson St., Jewett City, was charged May 30 with possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics within 1,500 feet of a school, sale of narcotics, sale of narcotics within 1,500 feet of a school, failure to keep narcotics in the original container, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to obey a stop sign.

Julia C. Rodriguez, 22, of 15 Overlook Drive, Waterford, was charged May 30 with failure to keep narcotics in the original container and two counts of possession of narcotics.

Gina M. Velez, 43, of 93 Meeting House Lane, Ledyard, was charged Tuesday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Danielle K. Tucker, 32, of Bridgeport was charged Tuesday in East Lyme with assault on a public safety officer.

Jonathan M. Tweedly, 40, of 56 Bennett Circle, Voluntown, was charged Tuesday in Voluntown with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and third-degree strangulation.

George T. Cole, 67, of Westerly, was charged Wednesday in Preston with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.
