Stanley Banks

New London — Stanley Banks, 82, of New London, passed away Aug. 26, 2023, in New London. He was the husband of Elaine Banks who survives.

Mr. Banks was an accountant, mainly working for Niagara Mohawk in Syracuse, N.Y.

A memorial service will be held 1.30 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 24, at the family’s home in New London. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation. The Thomas L. Neilan & Sons Funeral Home of New London assisted the family.
