Brian J. Howitz, 45, of 85 Elm St., No. 2, was charged Dec. 8 with violation of protective order.

Joseph J. Migliori, 36, of Fall River, Mass., was charged Dec. 8 with first-degree failure to appear in court and two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Scott Findeisen, 63, of 37 West Broad St., Apt. 202, Pawcatuck, was charged Monday with second-degree breach of peace, violation of a protective order and third-degree assault.

Karneal J. Kalkhoran, 25, of 21 East Main St., Mystic, was charged Dec. 10 with violation of a protective order.

Kevin J.
