State Police — Montville

Lesya Gorgal, 29, in the custody of York Correction­al Institute, was charged Friday in East Lyme with disorderly conduct and fourth-degree sexual assault.

Dean W. Bodak, 53, of New Britain, was charged Thursday in Waterbury with second-degree breach of peace, second-degree harassment, second-degree threatenin­g, and three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Tanya M. Messervy, 44, of 456 Norwich Westerly Road, North Stonington, was charged Thursday in North Stonington with fourth-degree larceny.

Nicholas J. Porter, 32, with a last known address in Norwich, was charged Wednesday in Norwich for first-degree larceny, furnishing more than $500 on a payment card, and three counts of illegally taking payment card.

Stephanie Philips, 43, of Barrington, R.I., was charged Wednesday in North Stonington with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, and third-degree assault of an elderly, blind, disabled, or pregnant person or a person with an intellectu­al disability.

Mackenzie Ardito, 24, of Cheshire, was charged March

2 in East Lyme with disorderly conduct and assault of a public safety, emergency medical, public transit or health care worker.

Joshua Lee, 40, of 117 Griswold Drive, Griswold, was charged March 1 in Preston with driving with a suspended license, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and failure to comply with pass on the right rules.
