James A. Davis, 39, of no certain address, was charged Friday with interfering with an officer, disorderly conduct, violation of a protective order, second-degree unlawful restraint and first-degree failure to appear in court.

Dawann Hooks, 45, of 127 Hempstead St., No. 806, was charged Saturday with interfering with an officer and breach of peace.

Patrick M. O’Neill, 32, of Milford was charged Saturday with assault on public safety personnel.

Leon P. Rainaud, 32, of 29 Brainard St. was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court and violation of probation.

Keely S. Goodwin, 25, of Griswold was charged Sunday in North Stonington with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in proper lane.

Shayne R. McNeil, 31, of 70 Lisbon Heights Road, Lisbon, was charged Friday in Lisbon with violation of a protective order and second-degree threatening.

John M. Boulanger, 59, of 38 Westminster Road, Sprague, was charged Friday in Sprague with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in proper lane.

Chance W. Hobert, 25, of Clyde, Texas, was charged March 14 in Griswold with three counts of failure to register as a sex offender.

Kim Souza, 67, of 14 Tanner Ave., Norwich, was charged March 12 in Lisbon with fourth-degree larceny.

Cynthia L. Caisse, 38, of Griswold, was charged March 8 with fifth-degree larceny and misuse of a debit card.

Kyle R. Gadway, 58, of Kingstown, R.I., was charged March 8 in North Stonington with first-degree criminal damage to landlord property.

Tavian M. Francis-Rivers, 26, of 113 High St., Sprague, was charged March 14 in Sprague with interfering with an officer and violation of a standing criminal protective order.
