Michael Washington, 57, of 356 Salem Turnpike, Bozrah, was charged March 14 with traveling unreasonab­ly fast and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Christophe­r Kosloskey, 38, of 1564 Route 12, Ledyard, was charged Friday with use of drug parapherna­lia, possession of a controlled substance and possession of narcotics with intent to sell.

Shane Dowdell, 30, of 1533 Route 12, was charged Friday with use of drug parapherna­lia and possession of a controlled substance.

Isabella Marcy, 23, of 164 Plain Hill Road, Norwich, was charged Friday with use of drug parapherna­lia and possession of a controlled substance.

Bruce Dooley, 113 Simpson Lane, was charged Monday with violation of a conditiona­l discharge.

Bambi Prue, 37, of 130 Noble Hill Road, was charged Monday with violation of probation.

Katie King, 25, of Putnam, was charged Monday with possession of a controlled substance.

Donovan Jacobowitz, 25, of 62 Scott St., Norwich, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Michael Estrada, 30, of 191 Cliff St., Norwich, was charged Tuesday with speeding, reckless driving, evading responsibi­lity, improper passing, failure to drive in the proper lane, following too closely, second-degree breach of peace, third-degree stalking and second-degree reckless endangerme­nt.

Jucenta D. Walker, 43, of 83 Washington St., was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in a proper lane and driving without a license.

Areyana Oliveros, 24, of 99 Fort Shantok Road, Uncasville, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving the wrong way on a one-way street and failure to drive right.

Alfredo Ramirez, 35, of 80 Asylum St., No. 2 was charged Sunday with failure to have tail lamps, failure to have facial protection on a motorcycle, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, interferin­g with police and driving without a license.

Rodolfo Solis, 22, of 527 W. Thames St., No. 28, was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court, driving with a suspended license, failure to obey a traffic control signal and driving an unregister­ed motor vehicle.

Quinten W. Chandonnai­t, 28, of Westerly, was charged Sunday in Preston with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to maintain a lane.

Freddy Lugo, 37, of New Britain, was charged Tuesday with first-degree failure to appear in court and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Yeliztha Pagan-Perez, 25, of 144 Williams St., New London, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license, speeding and failure to meet minimum insurance requiremen­ts.
