Amber E. Wagner, 34, of 15 Lewiston Court, was charged Wednesday with first-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny.

Adiana G. Mihok, 29, of 99 Spicer Ave., was charged Wednesday with use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

Allen S. Smith, 42, of 14 Central Ave., was charged Tuesday with two counts of first-degree failure to appear in court.

Safi M. Kachmar, 30, of 22 West Dr., Ledyard, was charged Sunday with speeding, reckless driving, engaging police in pursuit, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in proper lane, third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace.

Peter S. Vargas, 25, of 1 Crystal Lake Road, was charged Sunday with speeding and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Donna M. Ray, 73, of 251 Drozdyk Dr., No. 206, was charged March 30 with driving without minimum insurance and evading responsibility.

Garrett A. Burdick, 25, of 38 Jericho Dr., Old Lyme, was charged March 30 with speeding and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Thomas C. Boyle, 30, of 126 Richard Brown Dr., Montville, was charged March 28 with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Taishia L. Jordan, 27, of 22 Fairmount St., Norwich, was charged March 28 with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

James R. Pero, 45, of 18 Dell Ave., New London, was charged March 28 with fourth-degree larceny.

Phillip M. Kerr, 35, of 57 12th St., No. 1, Norwich was charged March 28 with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Kenneth W. Wells, 46, of 345 Gold Star Highway, No. 40, was charged March 28 with two counts of possession of narcotics with intent to sell/dispense and two counts of possession of a controlled substance.

Joseph Wright, 19, of 12 Texas Dr., was charged Sunday with speeding, failure to obey a stop sign and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Lawrence Anderson, 21, of 1 Crystal Lake Road, Groton, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Alexis M. Mooney, 23, of 5A Ballouville Road, Dayville, was charged March 29 in East Lyme with possession of a controlled substance and conveying an unauthorized item into a correctional facility.
