Jerryka Martinez-Ramirez, 35, of 16 Chappell St., New London, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and traveling unreasonably fast.

Jeffrey Britton, 58, of 77 A St., Groton, was charged April 25 with fifth-degree larceny.

George Oliveri, 70, of 511 Norwich-New London Turnpike, was charged Friday with criminal violation of a restraining order.

Samantha Smith, 33, of 1607 Hartford-New London Turnpike, was charged Saturday with evading responsibility, second-degree reckless endangerment, third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

Lashawn Assell, 47, of 191 Franklin St., was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Phileppe Lesparance, 52, of 5 Robbins Court, #2, was charged Monday with two counts of failure to appear in court and one count each of fourth-degree sexual assault and criminal violation of a protective order.

Glen E. Gustafson, 42, of 613 Laurel Hill Ave., was charged April 25 with breach of peace, third-degree assault and second-degree threatening.

Isaiah Hernandez, 27, of Westbrook, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license or registration and failure to carry minimum insurance.

John Blucher, 59, of 104 Tyler Ave., Groton, was charged Monday with evading responsibility.

Victoria Cyr, 28, of 45 Silver Falls Rd., Montville, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license and speeding.
