Craig R. Litchfield, 38, of 15 Surry Drive, Westerly, R.I., was charged April 29 with third-degree assault, second-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

Giorgi Narimanidze, 45, of Brooklyn, N.Y., was charged Sunday with fourth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny.

Jacinda M. Ortiz, 25, of Willimantic, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and traveling unreasonably fast.
