Joel R. Pereira, 54, of 600 Shennecossett Road, Apt. J, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

Gregory A. Samot, 49, of 40 Hamilton Ave., Floor 2, Norwich, was charged May 3 in Norwich with driving without insurance, driving with a suspended license and misuse of 911.
Rafael M. Pacheco, 28, of 34 Grove St., New London, was charged Tuesday in Norwich with driving without insurance or registration, driving with a suspended license, reckless driving, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs with a child under the age of 18, failure to drive in proper lane, risk of injury to a minor and first-degree reckless endangerment.
