Deborah Heilemann, 65, of Lockport, N.Y., was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

John M. Trudeau III, 20, of no certain address, was charged Tuesday with possession of drug parapherna­lia, driving with a suspended license, driving an unregister­ed motor vehicle, and two counts of possession of narcotics.

David V. Caswell, 71, of 19 George Ave., was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

James C. Ross Jr., 40, of 33 Tilley St., No. 3, New London, was charged Sunday with criminal possession of a firearm, criminal possession of ammunition, possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, possession of narcotics with intent to sell within 1500 ft. of a school, illegal possession of a weapon within a vehicle, interferin­g with an officer, driving without a license and littering violation.

Joel R. Pereira, 54, of 600 Shennecoss­ett Road, Apt. J, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving an unregister­ed motor vehicle.

Robert L. Brandon III, 25, of 140 Meridian St., was charged May 2 with criminal violation of a protective order.

Joseph Ayala, 28, of 20 Joseph Center St., #3, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license and failure to grant the right of way.

Sarah E. Grabner, 36, of 124 Washington St., #8, was charged Monday with two counts of violation of probation and one count of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Hunter L. McCartney, 24, of 158 Prospect St., was charged May 3 with third-degree criminal mischief.

Mia Oatley, 28, of 22 Peck St., was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Gregory A. Samot, 49, of 40 Hamilton Ave., Floor 2, Norwich, was charged May 3 in Norwich with driving without insurance, driving with a suspended license and misuse of 911.

Rafael M. Pacheco, 28, of 34 Grove St., New London, was charged Tuesday in Norwich with driving without insurance or registrati­on, driving with a suspended license, reckless driving, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs with a child under the age of 18, failure to drive in proper lane, risk of injury to a minor and first-degree reckless endangerme­nt.

Waterford

Monica Velez, 34, of 46 Highland Drive, was charged Wednesday with breach of peace.
