Five people are now in custody in connection with the deaths of two young girls whose bodies were found Friday in southwestern Colorado.

San Miguel County Deputies found the two dead girls, who are roughly 5-10 years old, on a rural property south of Norwood, which is about 35 miles west of Telluride, according to the sheriff’s office. They had been dead for at least two weeks.

The first four suspects arrested were identified Saturday as Frederick A. Blair, a 23-year-old from Norwood, Madani Ceus, a 37-year-old from Haiti, Ika Eden, a 53-year-old from Jamaica, and Nathan Yah, a 50-yearold from Haiti.

Ceus, Eden and Yah recently moved to the area, according to the Associated Press.

Authorities had issued an alert for a fifth suspect, Nashika Bramble, and she turned herself in later Saturday. She is now in custody in Grand Junction.

The first four were charged with murder in the second degree, criminally negligent homicide and felony child abuse causing death. They are being held in San Miguel County Jail.

The victims’ identities and cause of death will be released by the San Miguel County Coroner’s Office. But it’s not clear when that report will be available.

According to Denver7, the 17acre farm weree the bodies were found in a rural area just outside Norwood, a town of about 500 that lies near the Montrose County line.

It’s not clear what type of farming activity was occurring on the property, the television station reported. Signs reading “BEWARE OF THE DOG” and “PRIVATE PROPERTY” mark the entrance to the farm.

“Our last homicide in this county was 1995, so we don’t even deal with homicides on a regular basis,” Miguel County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson Susan Lilly told Denver7. “So, when we have a situation like this, where we have a double homicide of young children, it’s devastating.”
