Alleged burglar accused of assaulting cops.

SPRINGS» Police COLORADO arrested a 23-year-old accused burglar on felony assault and criminal mischief charges after the suspect lost a foot chase, kicked one officer in the head and smacked another in the face.

Daniel Wallace was also arrested for investigation of resisting arrest, according to a police report by the Stetson Hills Division of the Colorado Springs Police Department.
