Spotlight on: Brayden Schenn. The Blues center picked a fight with Avalanche left wing Gabe Landeskog on the opening faceoff in the previous game between the teams, and St. Louis went on to win 6-1 at the Scottrade Center on Feb. 8 in one of Colorado’s weakest efforts of the season. Schenn, who had two goals in that game, is in his first season with St. Louis and having a career year. He has a career-high 34 assists, and his 58 points are tied for the team lead and one shy of his career high of 59, set in 2015-16 with Philadelphia.
