CU raises minimum salary for instructors.
BOULDER» University of Colorado officials have raised the minimum salary for instructors and senior instructors, effective Feb. 1.
Chancellor Phil Distefano announced the raises Thursday at the monthly Boulder Faculty Assembly meeting.
“We wanted to make sure that (Boulder Faculty Assembly) hear about it first because it’s been such a high priority,” Distefano said.
Instructors are among nontenure track faculty. The campus raised the minimum from $40,000 to $52,000 for instructors and $60,000 for senior instructors.
