Nationals RHP Jeremy Hellickson (2-0, 2.63 ERA) vs. Rockies LHP Tyler Anderson (0-2, 11.00), 6:40 p.m. Monday, ATTRM; 850 AM, 94.1 FM Rockies manager Bud Black hasn’t officially announced it yet, but left-hander Tyler Anderson, coming off the injured list where he was nursing a sore knee, is likely to get the call. Anderson was hit hard in his two starts early this season, as illustrated by his 2.33 WHIP. Hellickson, who began the season in the Nationals’ bullpen, has emerged as a crafty starter. In the Nats’ 9-6 win over the Giants, Hellickson pitched 5M innings, allowing two runs on five hits with four walks and no strikeouts. He threw only 79 pitches, 51 for strikes. Trending: Shortstop Trevor Story extended his hitting streak to a team-high 10 games with an RBI single in the third inning of Sunday’s game vs. Philadelphia. He’s batting .333 (14-for-42) with one double, one home run, five RBIs and five stolen bases during the streak. At issue: Rookie second baseman Garrett Hampson is struggling.
