as a benefit for El Sistema Colorado, the nonprofit that provides music education to kids in the Globeville, Elyria-Swansea, Cole and Clayton neighborhoods. Local artist Angela Craven will also create a painting during the concert, which will be backed by a chamber orchestra. Eighty good-natured singers plus specialty cocktails? Sounds good. 5:30 p.m. at 2201 Lawrence St. $10-$21, free for 12 and under. denverchoirleague.org
