OUT FOR A WALK
Raymond Williams and Tara, his 16- year- old teacup Chihuahua, pause during a walk near their home at Courtyard Commons in the Capitol Hill section of Denver on Tuesday. Williams, a 73- year- old Army veteran, and Tara take a walk each day at 9 a. m., 11 a. m., 3 p. m., 7 p. m. and 9 p. m. Williams suffers from PTSD, and Tara is his service dog.
