Denver’s Mayfair, straddling Monaco Parkway between E. Sixth and Colfax, is what Re/max Professionals agent Seth Jenson calls “a good value neighborhood”—with a mature urban forest and bigger lot sizes that people are wanting now; close to much more expensive areas like Lowry and Crestmoor. The home is getting lots of traffic, Jenson says, some from areas of Mayfair further west with smaller bungalows. “People are starting to feel like they want to be stuck in a bigger house,” he says.
