Epoque Golden ( pronounced epic) is designed to appeal to active 55- plus residents who crave morning hikes followed by yoga and mimosas or a relaxing dip in the ozone pool.
The 120- unit complex, located near Colorado 93 and Golden Gate
Canyon Road, blends views of the foothills with lavish amenities including an outdoor lap pool, state- of- the- art fitness studio, yoga/ barre studio with outdoor meditation deck, a community garden with a potting lab, a dog washing and grooming room, bike repair and storage, and golf and ski storage.
