Can’t companies be held liable?

-

Companies are usually congregate settings or they are directly serving the public. If they don’t mandate vaccines, sooner or later, they’re going to get sued for it. People have to go to work and do so under their employer’s conditions. It’s one thing if your office mate gives you the flu, and quite another if he gives you COVID-19 — and you die. Personally, I’d prefer to patronize any business that can post a sign saying, “Relax. All of our employees are vaccinated.”
