Dodgers RHP Walker Buehler (9-1, 2.36 ERA) at Rockies LHP Kyle Freeland (1-3, 5.48)

6:10 p.m. Saturday, Coors Field. ATTRM Radio: 850 AM/94.1 FM

Freeland was originally scheduled to pitch on Sunday but was bumped up a day when Antonio Senzatela missed Friday’s game after being placed on the injured list because of COVID-19 protocols. Freeland’s final start of the first half came against the Padres, and although he pitched well, he had to leave the game early because of a blister on his left middle finger. The lefty pitched into the sixth inning and had allowed only one run. Entering the game against the Padres, he was riding a 12-inning scoreless streak. In 12 career starts vs. the Dodgers, Freeland is 2-5 with a 4.43 ERA. Buehler has become one of the National League’s best pitchers and was selected to his second career all-star team, but did not pitch in Tuesday’s All-star Game.

He’s coming off a strong performance vs. Arizona when he allowed just three hits across six scoreless innings in the Dodgers’ 22-1 laugher over the Diamondbacks. He is 5-2 with a 3.99 ERA in 17 career games (13 starts) against Colorado.

Trending: Entering Friday night’s game, the Rockies had nine walk-off wins, the most in the majors and one shy of tying the franchise record of 10 walkoff wins in 2010.

At issue: The Rockies’ .440 winning percentage at the All-star break was their lowest since 2014 (.417, 40-56). The 2014 team finished 66-96.
